We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard dispatch timeframes are between 1-2 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. Please understand that unfortunately from time to time there will be hiccups; our aim is to assist our customers in overcoming them as quickly as possible so that you can keep smiling!
If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund (if faulty)or an exchange please contact us at email@example.com before you put anything in the post - we are happy to help out but are unable to accept any returns unless we have been notified in advance. If you would like to return an item (or items) that is not faulty then we ask that you cover the shipping costs we do not offer money back returns we are only able to offer a credit note, however in the rare occasions when a product may be faulty we are happy to cover the cost ourselves. We think that's a pretty fair deal.
And finally, as is standard across most webstores, please ensure that when you return any item(s) they are in the same condition as when you received them. We will not accept returns if they have been damaged or show clear signs of use. Unfortunately, due to Australian health and safety regulations, we are not able to accept any returns for earrings unless they are faulty. Please undertand that this is for all of our customers' own safety and well being.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of January 1, 2013. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email us via our contact form with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.
